Insurance Brokers Association of Zambia (IBAZ) under the leader of Mr. Emanuel Kwenda conducted the workshop on Smart Policy to apprise the insurance brokers for the use of insurance system and how it can benefit their operations. The workshop was held in the conference facility of Madison General Insurance.
On this occasion registrar Mr. Martin Libinga opened the workshop stating the importance of the use of software systems in the business operations. He also mentioned that Pension and Insurance Authority of Zambia has embarked upon supervision system which will require broker systems to integrate with.
Mr. Emanuel Kwenda, the president of IBAZ had a closing remark thanked Mr. Tanveer D.K. for successful workshop and expressed his views on how Smart Policy can streamline and organize the broker operations. He also mentioned how Smart Policy was user-friendly as compared to the other systems available in the market.
